Our service

SwiftRemit enables you to send money to recipients in supported countries. Exchange rates and fees are shown to you before you confirm a transfer.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure.

Fees and exchange rates

Applicable fees and the exchange rate are disclosed at the time of each transfer. Once a transfer is confirmed, it may not be possible to cancel it.

Compliance

We are required to comply with anti-money-laundering, sanctions, and counter-terrorist-financing laws. We may delay, refuse, or reverse transactions to meet these obligations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
